Working Title: Using art as an Archive of moral standards
Description of Topic: This is a working topic exploring the various ways to preserving what was once call a high moral standard of living and how we use to convey that massage.

Purpose of Proposal
Within a decade visual and music lyrics have increase dramatically with subliminal and bold suggesting a life style preferred by the popular. It is a suggestion of sex, drugs, guns, wealth, and fame. Although moral degradation has been around in our personal lives, it has not been as ramped nationwide as it is now. It seems that we have forgotten what the forefathers of the country have inspired the nation to remember, “In God We Trust”

What is wrong with moral decay?
It is believed that the visual images and music lyrics are suggestive and individuals influenced by these emulate what is seen and heard even if what was seen or heard not real.

My purpose though art
My purpose though art is to stimulate the older audience with images of past artist’s works that reminds them of some of the ways things use to be. To the younger audience (18-24), my purpose is to show scenery that stimulates a series of questions.
These images are also suggestive which could possibly counter the popular sex, and crime visuals and lyrics imagery.

Working Title: Using our art to defend against moral decay
Description of Topic: Exploring the broad definition of the term “art” and narrowing down to specific areas and discuss how we can use our art to counter the visual moral decay we face to day compared to just two decades ago.

Purpose of Proposal
Television, Internet, print-media, and gallery showings and some occupational activities are all vehicles of the art media. Within a decade, we have simultaneously noticed good and bad imagery (low moral standard). We want to counter the effects of bad imagery with good imagery. Art is the medium by assessing the popular mainstream and interjecting appealing visuals that are not subjective to moral degradation

What is wrong with bad imagery?
I believe that moral decay will erode more with each generation eventually leading to a standard less civil and confused society—as signs are shown now.

My purpose though art
Is to persuade other artist in all mediums to produce art that is uplifting and positively contributes to a morally civil society.

Working Title: Visual Imagery and Emotional Response
Description of Topic: This concept explores imagery and the emotional effects on the viewer. It simultaneously asks the question if some imagery can induce the feeling of love or hate, happiness or sadness.
Purpose of Proposal

The purpose of this proposal is to investigate if curtain kinds of imagery cause a viewer to react a certain way and the reason behind the response or lack of response—to learn if value or belief is connected to a viewer’s reaction. For example, if a picture is shown of the Klu, Klux, Klan surrounding a black child, what kind of reaction would this cause and who would respond.

What is wrong with any kind of imagery?
It is believed that the visual images influenced the viewer—such as someone who watches the news and witnesses children stealing cars. Does this influence other children to steal cars? My purpose though art
My purpose though art is to influence principals in media mainstream that imagery influences viewer response and that we as artist should take into account of the long term effects of what we show.
